Garage bench suggestions

    I just built mine with the wood i had laying around, 2x4's and plywood . Built a couple of them that way in my garage as needed. I have a pretty small garage and quite a bit of wood laying around though.

    Always built my own too. Using bleacher type boards, (2x8) Find a corner in your space, use 2x4's along the drywall in the corner at your wanted height to set the back board on, use a 4x4 post in the outer corner for support, and seal the top with oil-based urethane.

    I built my own at one time using scrap lumber. Worked out pretty well. I was very space constrained and wanted a solvent tank but didn't have the floor space. I found an old undermount SS sink for free and mounted it to the bench with a flip up cover. Use a metal 15 gallon tank and put a pump on a shelf about a foot off the bottom. Used that for years.
