Didn't hurt to start with a 30k mile car, but stll, better than perfect? Awesome!

That level of detail in the pics is impressive, not surprised it scored that well. Certainly helped him to start with the 30K original car, wonder if the body had any rust. Chuck do you have more resto pics of the car you could post?

Franks' got a good FB page that has many photos. There was some rust since it was a midwest (PA) car, but nothing serious. Some folks have said it should have been left a survivor, but in my opinion it was just a bit too rough for that. Frank's business is to take restorations to the ultimate level and that is what he has done once again. His previous focus was on 1st Gen's and now with this car and his blue 70Z 2nd Gen's. He also did a very nice "driver quality" Classic Copper 70Z customer car.

I visited him a year or so ago to look at this car and have a few photos. I would love to take my car to him to do the paint-body work, just not sure I could afford it. He was honest about his costs and it isn't that hourly rate was so high (it wasn't), but you would maybe paying for more than the usual amount of hours due to the attention to detail. At least I would be.

What's the story on the two tone control arms? Never seen that before. Is that a tapeline or were they dipped?

Incredible car. One of the best examples of correct finish on the valve covers.
