Ordered a 19W24L Frontier Model steel garage kit from versatube. Got the frame kit and in process of putting it together. Will be getting the sheet metal hopefully before Christmas. I always had to work on the Camaro in the open driveway so I'm looking forward to finally having a garage(upgrade from 10x13 metal shed). I plan on extending it another 20 feet when/if the money becomes available. I ordered 19W because the existing driveway it will be anchored to is 19'-8"W and needs a few inches on each side. I'll post pics when its done or maybe progress pics as I go if anyone wants to see. OK back to lurker mode!

I want to see progress pics, and take some pics of how its delivered or how it is when you pick it up. Also want to see how you anchor it, an how you put the roof on it.

I got the carport set up for $1150 (installed & everything) and I had my buddy and his crew do the foundation for $1300 (that includes materials & Labor...he also made an 8" step on 3 sides).

So in total $2,450, not too bad, right? :)

moms1978 I have the entire frame kit and it is strapped in manageable bundles.I live 10 mins from where its manufactured so the salesman delivered it to me (1250lbs).I have been taking pics and will post them soon. The base rails are secured to my drive by drilling 5" then tapping in an anchor bolt then tighten the nut. The sheet metal for for roof and sides should be delivered this week or next(he told me Dec. 9th).I got the first truss up today and the wall height is 9' and roof peak is 11' IIRC. I dont do well at 7' or more in the air so the roof will be interesting.I got the kit minus the 16x7 garage door, pedestrian door and window. Those I'll have to get at a later time. I paid 3800 total for this building. Here's the link to the install video. My building is going up just like that one. I'm DIYing this building. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pWYrYWRXjq0
