I was looking at some recipes and saw something about London Broil. They said it was not the cut of meat but they way it is cooked. They also stated that it was a Flank Steak in the past but can also be a top round or Top sirloin Tip. I usually see it in the local store and it is top round. I have never seen it stuffed before. My Mom used to broil it under the bottom part of the Gas stove we had. Just something interesting. I'm going to try the crock pot method the next time I get one. Last time I bought one, my wife sliced it up real thin and did stir fry. I was bummed. She got to it before I had a chance to cook it the way I wanted to.
