I saw 3.49 LB for the London Broil. That's what made me look at it. That was at Rowes. I bet if i go back now it is jacked up to 5.99 or 6.99 lb. My OL does not get it. When you see something on sale get it. Freeze it and it always is used.

    4 broils. Lol
You can add what ever you want. My kids been wanting stew, I'll do a pot tomorrow and post pics. Don't get the stuffed broil a if you go that route, iypt all comes out. Some don't make up the all meat type, you have to pre order them a day or two before.

I'm making a crok pot up we'd, I'll post pics. To get the plain Broils, you have to order them a few hour in advance, I don't like the stuffed, it all comes out in the process. My latest ingredient, 1/2 red wine in the mix.

I did the F body stew weekend before last, my family all enjoyed it and we had enough to feed us for another couple days!

    image.jpg Sweet!!
After yesterday I don't feel like cooking tonight, gym nite w/ my daughter too, so it'll be late dinner, just got a pot going, I tossed in some small mushrooms. Don't be afraid, broccoli, peas, celery, you can customize. There's no OEM, lol
Put it in low, set it, forget it.
