heres a good one for the Crockpot, I use London broil, plain, all meat, no stuffing.
( cheap, tougher meat, tender when done like this)

4- London broil meats ( string bound meats)
    1-Lipton Dry Onion Soup
2-Campbell Mushroom soups, ( I like the brown mushroom variety)
    2-cans of water
    2-bay leaves
Red skins cut in half, or lg potatoes cut in chunks
    1/2 bag baby carrots
    Some celery
White pepper/ no salt, soups are enough
    2T olive oil

Put on low all day, dinner time, enjoy

If your a slender tall female with nice thingies, 5 pm.
Try it, it's good. Any other way on London broil, it's like a eating a shoe.

That does sound delicious! I'm planning on getting a crockpot here pretty soon. That may have to be one of the first recipes tried in it!

What is the 4 London broil meats (String Bound). I usually see the London Broil in a slab about 2-3 Lbs in the market. Got a pic of what you mean? I picked one up yesterday at the market and almost bought it but my wife didn't want it so I put it back. She wanted Flap steak so we got that instead. Anyway that sounds good. Meat and potatoes MMMM....

If you cook a London Broil right, it's as tender as a filet.
