I have the same problem and wondering myself because I have the same problem. I installed mine myself, but a thought... OEM exhaust was around 1 7/8 in exhaust. I went up to 2 1/2 in exhaust and with so little room how do you keep the bigger exhaust from hitting the leaf spring?

By careful routing and if needed, reworking or deforming the round tubing. The exhaust pipes do not have to be perfectly round. They also sell bulk exhaust pipe in an oval shape.

I have 2.5” exhaust and they do not touch. They need to be properly adjusted in the mounting straps/brackets and the pipes might need to be slid apart a little bit to move I think outboard.
