Exactly, battery felts are totally worthless and do more damage than good.
Sorry to be dumb ...but what was a battery felt s intended purpose ? I never heard of them.

We used to have to put them on every new battery, it was a anti-corrosion device. I don't know if it worked or not, that was in the early 80's and you don't really see them anymore.
