I do have a project here, Project Girasol, http://www.nastyz28.com/threads/project-girasol.245949/

Unfortunately all my pictures went away when Photophuket stopped free-hosting of the pictures and I haven't been able to get them reposted yet. Right now my 71 is in pieces, the body on a rotisserie as I was preparing to get it media-blasted to find out how bad the rot is in the rear wheel well areas. When I was taking things apart, I discovered fibre-glass patches back there which was a somewhat unpleasant discovery to make!

that's a pity, most of them are very bad over the years, here especially in the rainy Netherlands, ( i have the luck to have an car that is here from 1973 haha ) i'm gonna read your topic this evening,

made some progres ( 4 hours of work ) this afternoon )
completely hammer and grind the quarterpanel off the car, and did an mock up with some bodypanels.
damn that is giving a good motivation. unfortunaly the cheaper (right) panel i'm not gonna use. the fit is very bad at the rearpanel.

    here some pictures

made some small progress this evening, started with the corners of the trunk,
offcourse i'm gonna fix the chassis first before welding.

made the piece with just a hammer and a benchscrew
stil not sure i'f i wil buy a new trunkpan, but it's another 500 euro's what i can spend at for example viking coilovers.
