I would get a really bright light and have some one help , closing the door, while you get into the floor board, and as they close the door see if you can see what is vibrating , and anything with play, is going to help with making things rattle

That bushing is in a greased channel , is it not? and shouldn't really rattle, I would think, its the items attached to the regulator , you need to look through the door , or maybe use a bent coat hanger, to reach around and shake the components to find the culprit, just my .02

Its the bottom of the glass thats making the noise, i can grab the glass on the bottom and move it back and forth because there is about a 1/4 inch or more of play in that bushing.

Ok, however I think there is supposed to be so movement, however, can you move it and get the rattle? That's why I think you need a person to close the door while you watch

Well, then you are probably correct and that piece needs to be replaced, NPD, sells various parts for the window mech, you may be able to just purchase that and replace and see if that solves the problem, however, if all of the parts are old, maybe best just to replace all of them while you are there, they are not that expensive.
