DIY trick fender braces

    I think those defeat the purpose of what the original cheap-o stock pieces were designed to do...but if you're happy,I'm good.:cool:

    What would the stock braces do that these won't?

    Not flex and be rigid...sorta what you look for in a fender brace...to tie the fender to the rad support.

    Look at the heim ends. Heim ends allow rotation which means these braces will have zero torsional stiffness when installed.

    So do you guys think they wont work as well as a stock set?????????????????

    No.
    There is room for movement since there are heims on the end.

    They look cool and hold the core support to the fender like a champ though.
