Dash - Is this a replacement

    The dash is clearly a lighter blue. It looks looks good and tight and I didn't notice it instantly. Is it likely a refurb dash or is that normal?

    No one makes that dash yet so it's not a reproduction

    If that is a 79-81 OER makes a repop pad but i believe they only come in black.

    It's odd that it's lighter than the lower dash, doors, etc. I don't recall 30 years ago if my 80Z was like that. Thanks you so much guys.

    My 78 Bird dash was lighter than the rest, glove box and crotch vent are darker, it's always bugged me. Almost like the 77 color.
    The bird dashes are on a wait list last I heard, and were expensive.

    Thanks for the confirmation Burd. It looks good and all, just odd when I looked at the picture that it's lighter. It matches and looks right against the paint color on the dash next to the window.

    SEM Shadow Blue is a dead on factory match when used with SEM Low Luster Clear, holler if ya decide to redye and can get ya some going your way!
