There were 3 in my Z 1 under the driver seat all tore up garbage, one under the gas tank garbage as well,and a mint one behind the rear seat
Yes, for some reason, Chevy started saving the invoices in the late 70s, and they still have them on file. (probably old microfilm), but they will search their records and get you a copy if you pay the fee. The build sheets could have been saved too, but Chevy didn't. Pontiac did save theirs, so Pontiac owners can get a copy of the build sheets today.
