Burger time...

    Newly opened Seventh & Delores steakhouse restaurant in Carmel for lunch today...of course the wifey had to try the $22 burger which was amazing...here's their description...Damn! :crazy:

    "The Burger* A house blend of Niman Ranch Dry Aged Beef, Filet Mignon & Brisket whipped with Bone Marrow and finished with Cognac Roasted onions, Comte, Roasted Tomato and Marrownaise on Toasted Brioche"...

    I had the half chicken which was brined to the bone with deep flavor deliciousness...!

    House cut fries were equally delicious...

    As was the steak tartare with house made chips...simply amazingly good!

    Great looking plates!! $22 burger?? Holy cow. Couldn't never in a million years anyone can sell a $22 burger around here. Sounds delicious though, is try it.

    And I thought my Farmer Boys double bacon cheeseburger and side order of fries was tasty !!

    Carmel Indiana? Question is: Was she able to eat all of it? Looks good. I hope, for $22, it was at least 1/2lb with a couple amazing sides. Never had Comte. Looks like it melts well. I'd like to try it though.

    I think my cholesterol level went up a couple notches just looking at that burger. :D

    The stuff inside the bones of beef. When you make soup from bones, it is the marrow that give the flavor. I crack them open to let it out more. Big shank bones. I got a place where I can get the whole shank sometimes.
