As long as it has patina, you should get all the money for it.
1970 z28 good money
Very good money. Especially with a 10 bolt.
The 12 bolt from that car is in my 79 Z/28.
Car has a 12 bolt. BJ thoroughness at its best.
Real COPO? If so and they missed listing that would be a major faux pa. BJ Scottsdale brought some high sales $. Nice resto (at least from the pics) and good color combo on this one helped.
Good quick flip:
Pretty sure NOM and has some replacement sheetmetal.
Most likely not a real 9796 car with an 05B TT. It would be about the earliest known.
Dave - that blue 70 was virtually flawless and had a ton of really nicely done custom mods. I'd hate to think what it cost to build.
Dave - I spoke to the seller...and he admitted there were no docs proving it was a COPO....and didn't really know that much about 70 Zs. It was a very pretty car, but lots of incorrect stuff. And yes, it does have a 12-bolt under it. BJ just spews what the seller provides.
Problem is that "10 bolt" will stick with the car forever due to the internet. I guess most folks don't care. Again, a real good flip from the purchase at RM:
Made 30K in 3 months?
What did you get from China?
Ha!...that was an error...obviously. I ran tracking for a customer on some product my company mfgrs...unrelated to cars.
