But I do see oil leakage under the headers down on the starter solenoid...Number 2 and 8 plugs looks normal tan to slightly rust color.

How do you have your PCV routed? Where is it at? Lets see an overall engine bay pic...

The white crust on the plug looks suspiciously like coolant residue

Since you have an intake gasket bulge that I have never seen and your end gaskets are falling out I would suggest an intake R&R. That would give you a chance to inspect you cam lobes too. It looks to me like it is getting oil in the intake tract to foul plugs like that.

Yes, sounds like the advisable next step. Thanks to everyone for their inputs!

And don’t use the rubber or cork gaskets on the front and rear intake, use the gray Permatex with a 1/4” bead.

I've had issues with the RPM intake and oil usage. Like 1 quart every 100 miles. ALL 8 plugs were getting oil soaked. I still use the RPM intake but now with different heads and I used RVT around every intake port and so far so good. Oil usage isnt a problem anymore. Dont know it the new heads were the fix ( more than likely though) as the oil consumption started with the old heads World Products cast iron heads. (sold)
