Another Take On Hamburger

    That sounds like a Navy recipe. Is Chipped beef the same as ground? Used to get chipped Ham at a place called Isaly's in Pittsburgh. It was just very thin sliced chopped ham. Loved that stuff. Done here if you ask for it the deli people look at you like like your crazy. I try to tell them how to do it but they can't get the machine to slice it that thin. Plus their slicers don't run on automatic. They have to do it manually. One lady said I was a cheap skate. They just don't get it.

    Well didn't know what to make for dinner tonight so i made this stuff again. Kinda like it in a way...

    FYI: Stoufers makes a frozen package of creamed chip beef. Make your toast, put this in the micro for 6 min and you have great SOS. I often put two over medium eggs on top. MMM MMM Good!
