    I would think that the heads would be worth a lot to the right 69 Z/@* guy. Probably enough to buy a set of new aluminum heads. If they have 1.94/1.50 valves it is even better since when the buyer has them rebuilt with the bigger valves the seats will be fresh and at the correct height.

    Exactly ^^^
    RV cams are designed for good torque in the lower rpm range, they also trap a lot of cylinder pressure, adding compression will create problems for sure.
