Im new here and found this site a couple of months ago (Google searching for parts). I have found lost of useful information here on Nasty Z28 and wish I would have found this site sooner. Anyway my name is Larry and I have been building a 79 Z28 for the last 9 months. Thought I would start posting my build from here on out.

This is what I started with back in April 2016.

After tearing her down found that the floors were shot and needed replacing.

I really wanted to build a first generation camaro but couldn't find one that fits my budjet. So, I started building that 68 mustang (siting behind Z28) untill I found this second generation camaro (mustang is on hold rite now).

Cutting out old floor and welding in new floor pieces (next time I will order whole new floor)

Looking good and moving right along.
I enjoy seeing an enthusiast build there own projects start to finish and at their own garages.

Thanks, I'm using a chemical resistance industrial coatings on subframe and bottom of car. The primer was Carboline 890 epoxy (black). The finish is a single stage polyester urathane Carboline 134HB (satin black) which is resistant to brake fluid.
