    Hi all,

I am in the process of ordering spacer adaptors to run my wheels. I know the size of adaptor that I can run however my concern is with how much the stud will stick out and hit the back of the wheels. The wheels have a flat flange and no reliefs for the studs. I've searched here and I found a thread where a member said don't run anything smaller than 7/8" (22.225 mm) or the studs will poke through and cause fitment issues. I just want to confirm, as my ideal measurements have me needing 20mm adaptors. I will be getting these custom made to run BMW bolt pattern 5x120 wheels and bolt up to our 5x120.65 pattern. I can basically make these any mm size I want. Has anyone ran a 20mm (25/32") without stud protrusion?

If 7/8" is the smallest that can be ran, it would work I suppose at 22.2mm for me.

    Thanks in advance.
