I, like how many others, have bust a brake line
    I've ordered a complete pre-bent line package.
I put the truck up on jack stands today.

Looks like I'll need to lift the bed?

    Any advice ?

    Thanks

Lol, honestly most of it was done on our backs. It was just easier with the bed up in the air.

Wear plenty of eye protection, his whole undercarraige has a nice coat of rust.

BigBlock73 may i ask where did you order the brake line set from and how much were they? My 2000 silverado needs all brake and fuel lines replaced.

If you search around,it's very common on the 1999-2006 pickups
I've been waiting for a recall, but a big puddle of fluid say's I have to replace all the lines now.

The truck has 32k and the body sheet metal has no rust,if you look at the undercarriage you would think the truck was 50 years old

Luckily, the petal went to the floor in the garage

If the bed has to come off,I'm going to have to get creative.
The truck is backed into the garage
