Hi Everyone. 1st time post. Started a build on my 1981 Z28 just before the winter. Looking to install the sub-frame in a few weeks. Looked online but did not see any clear directions as to how to align the sub-frame with the rest of the car. Anyone have experience with this? Thanks Rick.

    Welcome to NastyZ.

Should be alignment holes by the firewall mount points, use a 5/8 dowel to align. It's been discussed a couple times here over the years, you can do a search and find the specifics.

I did see some mentions on alignment holes on the web and found some specs. I have not had a chance to look for the alignment holes but I will next time I am working on the car. thanks for the info. Rick.

A lot of info on the site. Go to the suspension forum and look at the stickies. There will be info on installing body bushings and aligning the subframe. Hope this helps. Welcome aboard.
