Looking for a little more power. Want to keep my car as stock as possible. So I'd wanna run the factory carb and heads. What's a good little cam to give her a little more power? I'm willing to add headers too which ones should I get? Car will have a stainless exhaust with cats. Engine is a 350 by the way. Thx guys

Take a look at an Isky 262 super cam, has 208-208 dur @ .050 .425 lift 108 LSA. Can use stock springs. Lots of low and mid range. Works good in a stock set up like you have.

I had good luck with my 1979 Z-28 RS when it was stock.Or maybe an L-82 Corvette cam as well.

I used to run this camshaft on a 81 camaro with 350 engine, stock Th350 trans and 3:42 gears. Other than the cam and flat top pistions the engine was a stock rebuild and ran great on the street with an almost stock sounding idle. The idle got a little lumpy after I later upgraded to long tube headers, that car was my daily driver at the time. Since then I found that calling the Lunati tech support is great source for help on a cam selection, just be prepaired to answer a lot of questions.
