    Ill check it out asap, maybe the upper eyelet goes onto the bell-housing. ill let you guys know what i find out.

    good point with the wires. If i cant make the tube fit properly, ill throw it away. Im just concerned the wires will be fried, by the headers.

    shows that the upper part of the tube is attached to the bellhousing.

    i recieved my oil products.
    tranny oil: 15 L DEXRON 3
    rear axle oil: 3 Liter SAE 80W
    brake fluid: 2 Liter - DOT 3

    so now I need to get with it, instead of sitting here wasting away.

    good job on the pipe looks really good,them wires look to be in good shape u should be fine with the tube,i say keep to protect with those headers

    hey guys, I think I might have overfilled my tranny, or maybe I have a leak. The tranny was completely dry when I installed it, and then I filled in 5 quarts of dexron trans oil, and now its dripping a little bit from where the linkage goes into the tranny. I Really hope that the leak issue is due to the fact that I overfilled it. When I look at the dipstick I can see that the oil level is sky high, I hope when I fire it up (eventually) that the oil will be pumped out in the converter, making the oil level go down.

    What about this linkage shaft going into the tranny, what kind of a seal is used there. How do you change it? from the outside or the inside?

    I still have the car and nothing new has happen to it since the tranny oil issue.....
    It's due to having to kids and buying and building new real estate.

    Life gets in the way some times. Most of us have that same problem at times.
