I normally hunt for old cars that have been sitting for years and put them back on the road,,

Ive saved quite a few, I just brought this one home...

    1973 RS LT with 13,000 miles... Appears to have a 1970 LS6 454 with TH 400 and a 12 bolt 4.11 rear....

Haven't pulled all the numbers off the engine yet as I just brought it home last night...

Column shift car.... super clean and kinda cool

Interior code is 788 neutral vinyl and in perfect condition. Has an old kenwood cassette player in the dash (not cut).
    No wear even on carpet.

I got it from the original owners son in law.
I guess the 1st owner was a local racer at Thompson Motor Speedway.

Bought the car new. Drove it a couple of years, summers only. Then swapped out the drivetrain and turned it into a weekend warrior (street racer).

The trunk looks like it was never used at all. Everything is still in it, for the most part untouched.

It appears to still wear all of its original paint.

Has a couple of dings in the hood and on the tops of the fenders but completely rust free.

Thats a rare find in Northern Ohio.

And yes i will be removing the Z28 emblems. Lol.

It looks like no one has ever even sat in the back seat.

Its a Norwood car so im not sure if there would be a build sheet. Not that i would pull anything apart looking.

I called the couple I bought the car from last night to see if they have any of the original paperwork and specs on the engine....
He said he has a hand written sheet from his Father in Law with what was done to the car somewhere and would look for it.....
He hasn't seen it in years but thinks he could dig it up.... :)
