    Team,

I finally given up on DSE and their wiper kit, so I bought an OEM motor. My 70 has the adapter plate in place. I bought a new motor and the grommet kit. The problem I have is the screws that came with the grommets. The screws are way small....The diameter is tiny compared to the hole in the grommet and the diameter is smaller then the threaded holes in the adapter plate. It looks by the naked eye the bolts should be close to 5/16" while the screws that came with the grommets are like #10s.

What is the correct side and type I need to mount this motor?

Here is a photo of what the bolts look like. I don't remember the size but they are small. The tapered head and star washer fit the larger hole in the grommet.

Playing with my spare hardware it looks the correct pitch and thread is 1/4”-20. The provided hardware looks like above but the diameter is too small

I just pulled one of the bolts out of mine and it's a #10 by 24.
