    no real way to tell if no documentation . so ya got to go by a preponderance of the evidence , and it looks like your car is modded so it pretty much impossible .

    oh and...

    Newly acquired 70 ex drag car roller project, that to my surprise turns out to be a Z body. 28.19 trim code early build dates so no Z on trim tag, holes in floor for pedal, welded rear sway bar, aluminum bump stop spacers, non A/C car, & 3/8" steel fuel line . Was a stick but original drive train is gone, now has a 454/400 with a 8.5" 10 bolt.

    71 Z28 clone, custom 427 SB with pro flo xt fuel injection, monster transmission 700R4 full manual reverse pattern and 9" Moser with 4.11 and a spool.

    Hey. Everyone here's my first question of many
    What EXACTLY is the correct seat belt shoulder belt configuration
    For my 1973 LT? I have non retracting lap belts only. No shoulder
    Belts at all. The PO's were kind of squirrelly so I'm having to
    Redo tons of stuff. Should there be a floor retractor and a
    Hanging pivot belt? Floor buckle and seperate shoulder buckle?
    My best recallection is that there were two separate belts and
    Buckles and the shoulder stowed in a tray above the door?

    Retired in Ottawa Canada
    the shoulder belt clips into the lap belt buckle
    they are 2 separate belts but one buckle
