i did the wed workout for week 3 and felt good but last 25 were a killer
Completed week one column #3, fri with a max of 35..
which is 10 more than my initial test, so I guess I'm headed in the right direction. Started week 2 yesterday with the same max..
keep it going i got alot stronger doing this
figure i'll give it a shot.
