    Um ya, maybe I set the bar a little too high fer myself.....
    Nevertheless, I'll be hitting the mark this month. I've knocked out about 500 since Jan.1.

    I am so behind on keeping myself up. No excuses though. I am going to start the situps routine very soon with the wife. hope I can do it while keeping up on the pushups.

    On a side note; my daughter got the Wii fit for Christmas. The wife and I made our Wii Mii's and it said I was obese :mad: (damn computer game! lol). We did some of the routines and I was sore for three days after so I guess I'm not as fit as I thought. Time to get down to business I was feeling so good there for a while.

    On mondays and fridays me and 3 other guys i work out with finish our chest work out with push ups. This is what we do and its killer. I start out with 4 then we go around each person does 4 then when it gets back to me i do 5 we do this up to 15 then we go back down when we get back down to do the 4th one we rep out. Thats over 209 push ups I usually rep out 50 at the end
