100 Pushups - Tracking Report

    I reached my 33!! I actually did 35...not bad for a 53 year old. I'll stay on week 4 til I'm comfortable and then move to week 5. I've done more push ups in the last 6 weeks then I've done in my entire life. I feel good!!

    I'm especially glad to see more people are still signing up to start here!

    That was the real point of this.. not to get one group of folks started and stopped, but keep it going.

    I started the other day and I could do 12. Man my abs are sore today.

    I tallied up the totals from last month (Dec.) and I did 2,085 push ups. That's way short to my 1000 per week goal.
