    OK. This thread is just to start fresh so we can keep it clean for better tracking.

    Each day you do your workout, post up your values so Ace can capture them into an Excel sheet.

    Remember, we are trying to get started on Monday so we all do this together. Not only that, but it would be easier for Ace to capture the data each Mon-Wed-Fri all together rather than having to fish for it throughout the week.

    My test was 6 pushups doing the full style instead of knee style.

    Figured I would do the full style to improve.

    Also could you post the link to the website? Figured it would be easier for some instead of searching the old thread.

    My logger ID is CF_73 and my initial was 25
    I jumped the gun and started on my Day 1 last night,
    but I'll delete it and wait to start on Monday.
