Can you PM the guys info that has the OEM sheet metal. Thanks
I would guess around a 1000 Z28/RS 4 speed. About 6100 4 speed Z28 and approximately 1 out 6, 73 Camaros had the RS options.
This stuff is almost the exact sealer used from the factory. Cut it in 4 long sections and roll it and apply. Cheap too. [ATTACH]
Without a build sheet it is anyone's guess? The parts you have, do support that it is a LT/Z28 and the RS may have been added.
Yes it has the 70 to 73 RS parts on it but it is missing 6 nutsert inserts that attach to the extra support bars that ONLY 73 RS had. [ATTACH]...
I see no evidence that you have a RS core support.
There are a lot of tell tell signs if it is a true 73 RS. Throw some pictures up of the core support.
Hopefully they nut is not froze to the tubes. That is a hard piece to find with the tapered instead of the crimp.

Regular sockets work great, I never ever use loctite but blue is fine.
White is NOS and grey is OER. [ATTACH] [ATTACH] [ATTACH]
Aluminum is no issue, you don't need a 100 ft lbs only half that.

A 3/8 impact is plenty don't use a 1/2. You won't over torque it. I put them on with my bare hands holding the pulley and have done for 34 years...
Do what all the other mechanics do. Use a pipe wrench on the pulley and a ratchet with a 15/16 socket. I have always used a air or electric...
