DOH! Damn window guides scratched my brand new tint

    obviously the felts were a bit breached - any ideas to refelt them - I was thinking maybe the soft side of some stick on Velcro strips

    I did a lot of searching on this. An seen a lot of people did that soft side of velcro. I looked since I gutted my doors. Cleaned and painted my guides also.

    Velcro is the #1 fix around here

    Thanks guys for the input....Ill get some of that tomorrow.....sux because my tint guy laid down a perfect tint job dammit...

    Should not cost too much to redo the tinted window.

    So it turns out that it was the guide that is on the window track. It was bent in and cocked a bit. Straightened it out and Velcro'd it. Nice because I was able to get the track out w/o having to pull the window. Looked at some pics online of the track and I think I've got the guide bent back pretty close to normal...

    thanks, give me piece of mine looking at those pics! - i think these tend to bend over time on their own, now im noticing the other side is bent back - time to pull the other door panel...
