How to clean radiator fins?

I have the heavy duty radiator in my 79, but the bottom 2 inches of it has tons of dirt packed into the fins. I have coil cleaner at work, would this do the job, with the help of some water?

Ive seen what the pressure washer does to the radiators. I dont have nearly enough patience to use the fin comb to straighten them out.

Spray plenty of engine de-greaser and let soak for a few minutes then wash with garden hose. This is what radiator places use to clean them.

Low pressure with high volume is what you want. The garden hose is an excellent example of this. A bucket of water also works nicely from the opposite side (the back).

I found this to show what a preasure washer does to a radiator. See below:

Sorry, but that's funny (the pattern and all). Of course not 'FULL ON' and 3 inches away...I'd do it from at LEAST a foot with a wide spray pattern....
