It might have but why would he be playing with the throttle past the traps? I honestly don't know if it was him or someone else at the track.

the guy is a grudge racer so it is possible... to make it seem close so he could reel someone in for easy money. Lol, the guy I ran was paranoid that I was running nitrous I had to tell him and his buddies that there is no spray in my car at all period.

same track as 2 weeks ago where the car ran its best numbers yet, no changes to the car at all and it ran its worst numbers yesterday....a wild 2.4 60 foot, and i took off a bit easier then got into it....didn't work, run before this i pulled it back into low gear 3 times cause it blew the tires and kept shifting....

Vid from Sept 18th
We ran our Street Car shootout last night & had some seriously fast cars show up. The car's all had to do a 20mile street cruise before the races to prove they were streetable & everyone completed the drive despite warm temps & very heavy traffic.
On my first run I faced a 57 Chevy that luckily was a 13 second car cause I messed up the settings for my N20 controller & only ran a 12, LOL.
On my second run I went up against a 64 Rambler with a 555 BBC & 250+ shot, he ran a 9.5@135 to my 10.24@132. That's this video.
A few of the other cars were dancing on the edge of the 8's but couldn't quite get enough traction.

A 10 second street car, eh!
SBC 409, through the mufflers, on DOT radials, you know, like a street car should be.

Road racing my 2nd Gen Mallory Park Historics 4 Oct 09
Sorry camara angle a bit wrong but plenty of action in these two (split into 2 because of YouTube limitations), the end of Part 2 shows my nudge with another car which unfortunately I take out, damn me if you like I know it was my fault. ops:
