New wheel bearing torque spec

I just installed my rotors with new wheel bearings, washers, and nuts. The factory service manul gives a proceedure for tightening the spindle nuts that is easy enough. The only spec is an endplay check that is also quite simple. My question is wether or not this applies to new or old wheel bearings. The only reason I'm asking is because my F150 actually had a torque requirement for new and old bearings. The old bearing spec was inch pounds and the new bearings were high foot pounds. I know I'm comparing apples to oranges, but I just want to be sure.

I've never read torque specs for Camaro WB. I think the manual only mentions a light setting for new ones that you then back off.
