BGE has update there site. Looks like everyone is now getting hit full price.

The BGE Plan UPDATED 6-29-06
Current Status On June 23, 2006, the Maryland Legislature passed a law to address the electric rates for BGE residential customers. This law replaces all prior Rate Plans. Beginning July 1, 2006, the total electricity rate will increase by 15% for every BGE residential customer. The 15% increase will remain in effect from July 1, 2006 through May 31, 2007. Every BGE residential customer will pay the same increase. You do not need to contact BGE.

I'm confused now, It sounds like there going to forcefully charge us interest.
