If I remember right, you push straight down in the front and at the same time push the cushion in (towards the trunk).

#1: Don't sit on the seat if you want to take it out.

As autoteach indicated- you need to push down on the front edge (we're talking about the lower seat cushion- not the backrest) and push the whole seat cushion back toward the trunk. If you pull up on it a bit you should be able to feel the support bar that hooks into the floor clip to get an idea of what needs to be done.

For the seat back to come out- the bottoms have to be out and then you will see the bolts that hold the bottom of the seatback in/down and it'll be pretty obvious what has to be done to remove it.

yup the butt part u just push down and back (towards the rear of the car) kinda like a child proof cap :P lol

then that will reveal the bolts that will help ya get the backing off.

Feel for the bottom metal frame rod in the seat at the carpet level in front of the seat. Push it toward the rear of the car and at the same time push down on the top front edge of the seat. There is a cross bar in the seat frame that has to clear a rearward facing hook to release the seat. You will know when it is unhooked. Remove the seat bottoms. The back support is bolted to the body on the bottom on each side. Remove the bolts and lift the back straight up off the hooks. Viola! You are done.
