MSD 8360 distributor

how to connect msd 8360 distributor to 79 camaro berlinetta harness with original tach?msd suggest using blaster 2 coil.
I had to get rid of the HEI because 406 engine will be equipped with tunnel ram(summit combo).HEI wont clear with tunnel ram.
I was lucky because today I dropped the distributor in to the intake hole and guess what?the hole is badly machined and so the distributor is tilted to the drivers side about 5 degrees!!!!!(weiand).
It has to be machined again,so much is the accurate measurement from the intake bottom to the top of the hole?
so would you help me with the electric connections and with the intake manifold.
