I can't find a descent price guide on the internet. However, I recently bought a 1999 16X80 single wide. 3 bedrooms/2bath/fireplace/garden tub

I paid $23,000 for it. I can't say if that is good or bad nationally, but according to all the local prices, it is a good price. It is on an Air Force base "trailer court", which they are closing in 2.5 years. The USAF is paying for the move of the trailer within 100 miles, even if I sell it to a civilian, so I luckliy don't have to worry about it. Let me know what you find though, I am curious.

Depending on who you buy it from they may provide the services for you for a low cost or maybe even free. I would think that Palm Harbor who these other home dealers have their own equipment to do this. Could be worth checking out.
