Cowl tag with wierd numbers?

Wierd to me anyway. It's from a '77 I've been getting parts from in a wrecking yard.

19R A51W51LW51U
07A B - - 306757

It's bright yellow w/ a black interior, non power brakes, hidden wipers, no console, A/T, quick ratio steering box. That's about all i can tell about it.
It's the w51lw51u and the B - - that i'm wondering about.

51Lower and 51 upper, it is the paint code and the B, I beleive is for black column. Do a search for decoding a 77 cowl tag and it will tell you everything.

W in the paint code means water based paint. California mandated that for assembly plants starting sometime in the 70s.
The first - means the car did not have power windows. (power window cars had a 3 in this position)
The second - means this is a Sport Coupe. A Z28 would have a 8 in this position, an LT would have an S, and a Rally Sport would have a Z.
