sway bars

hi has anyone used addco or suspension technicques sway bar kits. i have a 1970 camaro and i want to put sway bars on it. is the hotchkis kit worth the extra $200? will the others work the same

you may want to type the title more carefully next time....

I have no experience with the Hotchkis or other kits....
I've got the PST (www.P-S-T.com) swaybars and I like them.

I have the suspension techniques sway bars on my 70rs/ss ,I love them.My opinion? no need to spend the extra cash for the Hothckis.

I have the old HO racing bars which were built by Suspension Techniques. I have also used their bars on a Monte Carlo and 2 Mustangs. Nice stuff. A hollow bar is nice for all out racing, but on a street car you are spending money for the sake of spending money. I'd sooner use junk yard TA bars with new bushings.

how hard to change body bushings??

How hard is it, and how do you do it??

Material makes a difference. I believe the Hothckis bars are make from carbon steel not cold rolled. The bars are stiffer and won't flex like some others. Send 79T/Aman and e-mail, He's an authority on suspension pieces.
