Good mercury cougar forum for a friend....
Hi bro,
I have a friend here in Italy near to me, with a '70 mercury cougar convertible.
After I showed him nastyz28 he asked if exist something like that for his car....
maybe a nastycougars.com
Look like porn.... eheh lol
Well,
Do you know a good forum/website and websites to buy parts for classic mercury cougars??
I already saw mustangunlimited (many parts are interchangable with Phord pony)
Thanks for any input!

I have not been on this site for years, but it used to be really good - similar to the feel here. I just took a look, and saw some familiar people that are still on there. They have a section for Mercury Cougars: http://www.mustangsandmore.com/ (click on the link, and follow the link at the bottom of the page to the Ford Forums)
I liked this place for Mustang parts when I had my '66 - they may be able to help him out: http://www.cjponyparts.com/Default.aspx

Many thanks!
I've look at CJponyparts but it's for mustang only and do not consider his mercury "cousin".

No - I just remember from my days of working on Mustangs that the cougars were a longer version of a Mustang. For example, the Mustang floorboards would fit, but you had to lengthen them. Finding parts was always an issue for the Cougar guys.
CJ's has a boneyard (junkyard) out behind their shop, and they are very helpful when you speak to them. It may be worth it for him to call and ask them for a good parts source...
Good luck to your friend.
Ciao!

This is the email listed under the terms and conditions, your friend can try that:
privacy@verticalscope.com.
It is probable that it sees your friend as, like you said, a spammer. Sorry.
Good Luck!

Well, after some days of tests my friend and I realized that there is nothing to do.
We try with different email account but sure they have a anti-scam filter and our messages are not received. I used even the same email I use here but It doesn't work.
If someone is still registered on this forum, please can put this simple question:
What's best seller/website for an Italian guy who need to buy parts like a rear quarter glass, wiring manual, power windows switch (and others) for a '70 Mercury Cougar Convertible?
Thank for any replay!
