81 Z28 stripes

my 81 was origonally Charcoal/Gunmetal gray and i am going to paint that color. but it was a berlinetta and i am cloning it to a Z, i want to put a flat black stripe kit on it but i cant find anywhere that sells any black ones. i just dont know if to keep on looking or to try and get some made. HELP!

You would have to have them custom made. The only stripes you are going to find are the factory colors. Any good sign shop should be able to make you what you want.

do you think i could just give them some pics off the internet and they would be able to scale them? and do you know if there are any measurements from poinb A to point B on how to put the stripes on or if you just line them up by eye

Look at Fbodywarehouse's how to videos. If there is a video of it, they would have it posted.

I have a vinyl plotter and could make you a set. I'm a graphic designer and I've spend hours recreating the stripes for the 80-81 Z28, I plan to make a stripe kit for my own Z28. A one color kit would be easy to make.

well if its black stripes, you cant really get light black, medium black and dark black so i guess one color stripes would work im thinking the gunmetal and flat black are gonna look awesome!
