Got it at midnight (Xbox 360) 24 players per map. As for PC I think you're looking at 60 or 80 permap!! Crazyfun. Haven't played the storyline yet.

Just got done playing on PC was on 64 player caspian map. Graphics are awesome, running in a mix of Ultra and High settings. There were servers running during beta trying to push 128 players. Apparently EA said they were nto approved and you risked being banned if you played on one.

I don't purchase many games, but I'm a HUGE fan of the BF series for many years now.
Had all of them since BF 1942.

get'n someone in the knife is a bit more graphic. when you sneak up and knife someone you spin them around and shove the knife into their thoat or under their chin.

I never played BF1942, I started when BF2 came out, bought BC2, Vietnam Expansion pack. I played the beta of that 2142 but didnt like it, so I never bought it.

Wow Jav, those screen shots look amazing. From what I have seen and heard, the console version graphics are pretty lackluster.

Anyone playing the team deathmatch game mode? Kinda interested in how it plays.

What sucks about knifing is the time it takes to do it though. Snuck up on 2 guys and by the time I was turning him around, the other dude heard. I wish there was a sneakier way to do it.

I noticed that too, but then I jumped off the side of a cliff and knifed some dude, and I was quick, I think cause I was repeaditly mashing F really fast, idk, havent played again yet to test that theory.

Edit: well I was able to run up on someone and shank them again, it seemed if i press F 2x fast knifed'em quick..

I am stuck in the campaign mission where you are trying to sneak out of the rubble. I get to the room with 2 guys, and all I have is a knife. Am I supposed to sneak up and knife them BOTH?

There are actually 3 guys in there, knife the guy leaning over the table looking at the map and you'll automatically take his rifle. Then fight it out with the other 2, and there are 3 more down the hall that come in.
