Are any one else's inner fenders look like they are torched out in this area?

It is on both of them in the same place. GM after thought or someone else's better idea?

Better late than never. I've had mine for about a year but just getting to the point where I can spend money on it. It should start to get more interesting now. Charlton

Planning a full resto anything that needs replacing is getting replaced. Possibly thinking of a z clone but not sure. Trying to find the fender vents for an 81 is a next to impossible thing. Engine is still in the air, would love a big block car but with the price of gas a small block makes better sense. I have a 305 from a 94 pickup I was going to rebuild and put in for the time being. This was a v6 car so I also need to get a trans to replace the th250 that was in it. Nothing to out of the ordinary just looking to build the car I wanted when I was 12 years old and took me till 30 to get it.

Started tearing out the interior today and found two build sheets neither one any good. Mice ate one and the one under the drivers seat was tore up from the springs. Floors are relatively nice shape with only small spots of rust. Will try to get some pics up later.

Found this under the drives seat. Not complete but enough info can be read that I found out this car was originally sold in Texas.
Also found one behind the rear seat back but the mice ate the majority of that one.
Also found this under the carpet and just wondering if any one knows what this is. It almost looks like an old time punch card.
Hope fully I can find a complete build sheet yet. I know from reading on here that people have found up to four of them. Hoping the heater box or fuel tank have a surprise of a good one yet..
