Hoov's 73 RS Z
I picked up this beauty in early spring of 2009. When we were looking at the car my wife was shaking her head no and I was shaking my head yes. I guess you can say I won that one. A 73 RS Z28 I got it from the 2nd owner. Original opptions are M21 4 speed, AN6 Adjustable drivers seat, U69 AM FM stereo, C50 Rear defrost, D80 Front and rear spoilers, N33 Tilt column, YF8 Black stripes, Z28 package, Z22 RS package. Paint code is 60 Light copper. I'm not a numbers matching kind of guy but when its all there use it. The progress you see was done in the frist year I owned it. In 2010 it was to hot and humid I didn't get a chance to work on it. Its now sitting in primer filler. But now that I've cleared out a lot of extra parts out of my garage its time to get back on it again. Hopfully it will get painted and reassembled this spring and back on the road by summer.
AS FOUND
STRIPPED AND READY FOR SAND BLAST
READY FOR THE REBUILD TO START
Thanks Guy's good to be a new member.

Looks like you went about sandblasting it the same way I did, hanging it by the spring perches in the back. Car looks great, I'm sure you can't wait to be done with it.

Welcome. I'm sure many members can identify with the wife eyes vs. your eyes. Keep the pictures coming.

Very cool. Bodywork looks good, doesn't look like there is much to do at all.
