cluster housing differences

I was going to repair my cluster housing in my 72 z28 but I can pick up another housing from a 77 camaro with no broken tabs. The housing is from a idiot light cluster. Is it interchangable with the housing with instrument gauges? Thanks DARRIN

As long as both of them had clocks (or not)... The rear of the cluster housing (the part with the moounting tabs) is the same part for a 72 & 77.

You can swap the gauges and printed circuit directly.
