Snow buried everything again today... Sometimes living on top of a mountain has it's drawbacks I guess. Hopefully weekend will warm up a bit and can get out and work again.

Hoping to get some good progress in this weekend. Got my shipment of grinding and cutting wheels and 10 pound spool of welding wire... will update progress as soon as things get rolling (and if I'm not at work until midnight) ugh...

Progress so far for Saturday
Drivers side under seat pan done...
Cut out passenger side...
Have rust throughs and some bolts pulled out, going to have to section in this area along with partial frame rail...
Also repaired small rust area on my donor pan, carefully sectioning it now so it will drop in place... back to work

Question
In case anyone has suggestions... one of the upper shock mounts came right out, the other heads broke off both bolts. I've now got the aluminum cast shock mount with bolts sheared off flush with the surface where the shock bolted up. Can't get it off, hesitant to drill out the bolts as don't want to damage the mount. Suggestions are welcome....

When everything fails, I get out my dremel tool with an abrasive wheel and cut away!

Don't think thats gonna work here, the bolts are sheared flush... think I'm gonna have to drill them out... vaguely remember having to do that on my 77 many years back.

Got my seat pan and frame rail from the donor car roughed in, still have some fine tuning to do before welding but the hard part is done. Not enough hours in the weekend
