Mike I think Shawn was referring to the other mugs, not the travel mugs. I'd guess porcelain though

Frank, at least for those of us that are left handed it'll be facing outward where whoever is sitting in front of us can see. I'm ambidextrous but tend to do most things left handed. So while I won't see the logo when i'm drinking out of the cup, whoever I'm in front of will.
